The NRA held it's first match at Creedmoor, NY in 1873. The first National Matches were held at Sea Girt in 1903. By 1907 the National Matches had been moved to Camp Perry, Ohio where they are still held to this day.
The Black Coyote Service Rifle Team is a group of amateur competitors based out of Rochester, New York.
While everyone started out in Rochester, taxes and politics have led to some team members moving to other states on the east coast. Every year (except 2020) we like to get together for local, regional, and national matches to catch up compete for leg points, and have a good time.
